Business owner by day and esports fanatic by night; Lokesh Suji aka dAwesomeNinja (that’s his
ingame name), is an esports Evangelist, Hustler and a Telecom Veteran with 18+ yrs of
corporate experience with companies like Huawei, Tata Communications, Airtel, Reliance.

He is a known name when it comes to Indian Esports. Over the years been part of esports, and
across different formats and categories of games, he found that the vertical in India is
unstructured & Unexplored, which needed to be developed along professional lines – much in
the same way that other forms of sports are being developed in the country (be it Cricket,
Football or now Kabadi).

His aspiration is to ensure that the category of esports is created and managed in much the same
way as it is in countries like South Korea, China United States & European Union.

Uday Sodhi has been heading the digital and new media business at SPN for the SonyLIV platform since 2014. SonyLIV is SPN’s premium Video on demand (VOD) service providing multi-screen engagement to users on all devices. Launched in January 2013, it enables users to discover 22 years of rich content from the network channels of Sony Pictures Networks’ Pvt. Ltd.

SonyLIV refreshed its brand identity in December 2017. The renewed brand ethos “We LIV to Entertain” promises to make SonyLIV the ultimate destination for rich entertainment across genres, screen types and audience preferences. With the best sporting action line-up, this year from the cricketing extravaganza of India series, biggest football tournament like UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, FIFA Under 17 Football World Cup along with other adrenaline sports like WWE, Moto GP, SonyLIV is all set to continue to enthral its audience.

At SPN, Uday is responsible for driving SPN’s OTT platform’s growth trajectory and revenue streams of the new media initiatives by broadening the networks’ horizons to digital and mobile businesses. He has over 27 years of experience across varied broadcast and digital business verticals.

Ninad Chhaya

An entrepreneur and an avid gamer at heart, Ninad has over 20 years of experience in gaming and the interactive media space.

He is currently the COO of WITS Interactive, a DesignTech agency, and is also the Co-Founder of GoPhygital, a VR, AR/MR focused venture.

Prior to joining WITS Interactive, Ninad held leadership roles at premium mobile apps and game development companies like Robosoft Technologies, Reliance Games, and Indiagames where he was instrumental towards their growth.

Over the past few years, Ninad has led development teams, and worked closely with leading media and entertainment companies like Viacom18, Saregama, Hungama etc. to help them create some of their popular apps in the OTT space.

Ninad’s foray into gaming began when he co-founded Indiagames Ltd. [now a part of Walt Disney (India) Pvt. Ltd.] and played a key role in building the organization to become a leading global mobile game publisher in its early days.

In addition to app development, Ninad also has extensive experience in creating and publishing games across platforms and has several award winning games to his credit.

Ninad is affiliated with associations like the NASSCOM Gaming Forum (NGF) and the FICCI Animation and Gaming Forum. He regularly speaks at conferences, both in India and internationally, on topics covering App Development, AR/MR, VR, and Gaming. At his day job, Ninad is a professional advisor to businesses in helping them formulate their Phygital strategies, and is a binge-watcher and semi-professional gamer in his spare time.

 Anurag Khurana

Prior to joining Jio to head their initiative in esports, Anurag was Country Manager (India) for Riot Games. Riot is an American video game developer, publisher, and esports tournament organizer primarily known for League of Legends.

Anurag was also Executive Director of Newgen Holding Private Limited, an ICT solution provider for Smart Cities.

Before Newgen, he was CEO of RedOctane Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a 100% subsidiary of RedOctane, Inc. The company offered its interactive entertainment products, the “Guitar Hero” series.

During his early days of gaming in India, he was founder CEO of India’s premier game development company, Paradox Studios Limited (A Reliance Group Company). Paradox had developed 100+ wireless games,
over 20 multiplayer web based games, and released its maiden PC title, “BattleDust: The Championship. Anurag played an instrumental role in the development of India’s first multiplayer wireless game.

In the year 2000, Netillenium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was co-founded by Anurag. He headed the company as its CEO, which launched India’s first web based multiplayer service, and India’s first gaming portal,

Anurag holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Punjab University, with over fifteen years of experience in business consulting, project management and system design & integration, and ten years of experience in the gaming industry, heading development of games on more than five platforms.

Shashank brings entrepreneurial and investment understanding with 15+ years of cross functional expertise. He has acquired a depth and breadth of experience from having worked in large companies, a startup (acquired by a Fortune 500 Company) and an early stage fund investing in technology-enabled startups.

He is currently a Member of the Executive Committee at People of Indian Origin Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PIOCCI) – an organization that works with reputed Indian diaspora entrepreneurs, investors, PIOs and associations across the globe. He is also an Angel Investor with a keen interest in B2B emerging technology startups.

Shashank holds an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur University and an MBA from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi.

Kartikeya Behl

Kartikeya Behl is an early adopter of the eSports culture in India, behind the minds of planning and executing major gaming events in the Indian sub-continent, he made a switch from being an organiser to a full-time professional FIFA Player and caused learning amongst aspiring players to take up gaming as a career. He’s the only Indian to have won an International FIFA Tournament and the first to be signed by an International eSports Team.
The 21-year-old gamer from Delhi has been playing games since the age of 10. His first brush with success came when he won a local FIFA tournament in Delhi followed by participation in the (Asian Football Gaming Championship) in Thailand and the rest, as they say, is history. He took the entire nation by storm when he won the AFGC Championship in Thailand, becoming the first Indian to win an international eSports event. Behl has represented India in 3 International Tournaments and is currently signed by Leicester City’s Christian Fuchs in his eSports team (NoFuchsGiven)

Sharang Naicker is 25 years young and is BE ( Mech) from Anna University.

He was an avid football player and represented his school and college for tournaments. Sharang had been intense DOTA2 player for 5-6 years and retired from pro gaming in 2017. His retirement conincided with deeper engagement in esports in the form of building pro esports teams.

Sharang started his entrepreneurial journey in Mar 2017 with the launch of the 1st DOTA2 team. He has the vision to facilitate youth on their journey from passion to a rewarding profession. Building Esports Academy in India is core to this vision.

Viktor Romaniuk Wanli

Viktor Romaniuk Wanli is the founder and CEO of Kinguin, one of the world’s leading online marketplaces for video games. Since Kinguin was founded in 2013, he has grown the company to over $100M in revenue, without the help of any outside funding. In spring 2019, Kinguin opened Europe’s most advanced esports training facility – the Esports Performance Center with the aim of boosting the region’s professional esports ecosystem. Prior to Kinguin, Viktor helped found ELIGA, the Polish National Esports League. As a professional esports competitor, he was the two-time Czech National Champion for Age of Empires 2.

Nicholas Aaron Khoo

With close to 20 years of diverse experience in tech, finance and education, Nicholas has directly reported to Fortune 500 CEOs and headed up Asia Pacific for an investor in digital-first education. He has also led a regional team for Visa advising the biggest internet companies how to manage their risks in digital transactions. As an angel investor, companies he invested in have gone on to raise on average more than five times what he invested.

Besides serving on the boards of startups, Nicholas has also chaired national initiatives including one for the Ministry of Education to have students re-imagine education and work in Singapore. He has co-chaired an ASEAN esports event for 10 countries in Southeast Asia and served on government boards and committees covering tech, media, youth, sports, and crime. Nicholas has also judged an Innovator Awards in Silicon Valley, the ASEAN Youth Creative Industry Fair and led a Singapore delegation to the Nanjing Youth Olympics on the invitation of China’s Vice Premier Liu Yandong. He has also spoken at the World Internet Conference on the invitation of the Communist Youth League sharing the stage with major global leaders. More recently, he shared about Human Capital Development at the Gateway Gulf Investment Forum hosted by the Crown Prince of Bahrain.

Nicholas co-founded and chairs Singapore’s Cybersports and Online Gaming Association (SCOGA). In the past year, more than 100,000 participants from 13 countries have turned up for SCOGA events in person with more than 6.5 million unique online viewers. These events included Asian Games Esports Singapore Qualifiers, Campus Game Fest, Asian Football Gaming Championship Grand Finals, Garena AOV Cup, and the World Electronic Sports Games Singapore Qualifiers. Over the past 10 years, millions have participated in SCOGA’s events live in person and almost a thousand have now gone through the Esports Academy designed to develop careers in esports.

Ashwin Haryani, born in New Delhi and graduated from Amity University in B.Tech (E&T) in the year 2012. Started GamingMonk in November 2014 with Abhay Sharma with a vision to become India’s largest gaming portal. Initially started an e-commerce venture and then pivoted to a purely Esports firm. I currently head Tech & Marketing at GamingMonk and have over 6 years of experience in building tech projects and brands.

 Apollonia Hannah Hinds



Apollo realised she loved gaming at the age of 4 with CD-Roms and continued on playing AuditionSEA, GunZ , LoL and many more. She enjoys makeup and food as she describes “too much for her own good”. Born in England, raised in Singapore, she has now moved to Mumbai to join us. Apollo is ready to spend her time streaming and creating content in pursue of her passion for esports.

Apollo was also the previous captain of Girlaxy Singapore.
